Wednesday: Lasagna, Green Salad, French Bread

Thursday: Salmon, Asparagus Spears, Rice, Green Salad

Friday: Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Tomato Soup

Saturday: Chef Salad, Fresh Bread

Sunday: Roasted Chicken with Potatoes and Carrots, Green Salad

Monday: Sub Sandwich, Vegetable Beef Soup, Sweet Potato Fries

Tuesday: Fajitas, Refried Beans, Spanish Rice

Wednesday: Home-made Whole Wheat Pizza, Green Salad

Thursday: Lasanga with Meat and Vegetables, Green Salad

Friday: Lentils & Rice

Steaming Crockpot

Saturday: Crock Pot Soup (Chicken or Beef with Vegetables)

I’m back!

I have been away from this site for awhile but now I am back! Menu planning is necessary every month, every week, every day! Have you noticed that when you have your meals planned, you are less likely to eat between meals? Well, I am! When I know something good is on the menu, I want to wait for it. 🙂
